At MME Social, your reputation is built on how you make others feel. We foster an environment where high achievers can let their guard down safely.

• Lead with Empathy: Assume positive intent in all interactions. We are a "no-ego" zone where kindness is considered the ultimate professional skill.

• The Golden Rule of Networking: Treat every member, from the new intern to the veteran CEO with the same level of courtesy and attentiveness.

• Inclusive Space: Harassment, exclusionary behaviour, or derogatory language based on race, gender, ability, or background will result in immediate removal.

• Active Listening: Give others your full attention. Respecting someone’s ideas is the fastest way to build a lasting professional bond.

When we step outside our walls, you are a representative of MME Social.

• The Exclusive Standard: Treat partner guests and property with exemplary respect.

• RSVP Integrity: No-shows reflect poorly on the club. If you commit to a partner event, your attendance is expected, if you're unable to attend, kindly inform us via email.

• Venue Compliance: Strictly follow the specific rules of our host venues (e.g., photography bans).

Respect extends beyond our physical walls and into our digital community groups.

• Think Before You Post: Ask yourself if your comment is helpful, true, and kind.

• Zero Tolerance for "Trolling": Any form of cyberbullying or intentional provocation of other members will lead to an immediate ban.

• Tone Check: Text can be easily misinterpreted. Use clear, professional language and avoid aggressive formatting (like ALL CAPS).

Respect the group’s collective time by arriving promptly to experiences.

Maintain the high standards of our physical and digital environments.

What is shared within our walls or digital channels stays there.

Always ask for permission before capturing members in photos or videos for social media.

Contribute insight and resources before seeking favours.

• No Hard Selling: Build genuine relationships; business follows trust.

• Inclusion: Respect the diverse industries and backgrounds within our network.

We are committed to constant improvement. If our services or standards ever fall short, bring your concerns directly to MME Leadership via our official feedback channels.

• Zero-Gossip Mandate: Publicly disparaging the club, its members, or its reputation is strictly prohibited. Negative "hallway talk" devalues the community for everyone.​

To protect the prestige of our network, disparagement or defamatory behaviour will result in disciplinary action, ranging from formal warnings and suspension to immediate membership revocation without refund.

Our dress code isn't about restriction; it's about respecting the space and the professional opportunities that happen within it. We maintain a Smart / Elegant Professional environment.

• Think "Investor Meeting" or "Upscale Social."

• Tailored blazers, button-downs, chic knitwear, loafers, heels, polished boots, or high-end designer sneakers.

• Not Accepted: Gym attire (unless in themed events or designated fitness zones), flip-flops, torn/distressed denim, or overly casual loungewear.

• Context Matters: While we love creative expression, your attire should reflect the prestige of the club. When in doubt, it is always better to be the best-dressed person in the room.

We promise to listen, evolve, and maintain a world-class environment. In return, we ask that you protect the culture that makes this community valuable.

This includes persistent gossip, partner event disruptions, or disrespect which will result in:

• Formal Review: A meeting with leadership and a formal warning.

• Suspension: Temporary revocation of club and event access.

• Membership Revocation: Permanent termination without refund for behaviour that damages the club’s reputation or safety.
