To maintain the exclusivity and integrity of MME Social's community, we implement a thorough vetting process for prospective members. Here are the key details of our vetting process:
APPLICATION SUBMISSION​
​
Interested individuals must complete an online application form, providing essential personal and professional information, including;

- Name
- Age
- Occupation and professional background
- Interests and hobbies
- Referral source (if applicable)
​
GUEST / RSVP​
​
Assessment process also applies to guests who choose to RSVP or purchase tickets to our exclusive experiences. Before purchasing a ticket, guests are required to fill a brief form highlighting their;
- Name
- Age
- Occupation and professional background
- Interests and hobbies
- Referral source (if applicable)
- Social Media Handle (Such as LinkedIn)
REFERRAL REQUIREMENT​
​
Applicants are encouraged to be referred by current members. This not only helps us assess compatibility but also strengthens community bonds. In cases where the applicant does not have a member referral, professional references may be requested to validate their background.

Selected applicants may be invited for a one-on-one interview (in-person or virtual) with a member of the MME Social team. This allows us to:
- Assess the applicant's personality and values.
- Discuss their interests and what they seek from membership.
- Evaluate their potential fit within the community.
BACKGROUND CHECK

We may conduct an extensive background check to verify employment history and professional credentials, ensuring that members meet our standards of professionalism and integrity. We then evaluate how well the applicant's values align with MME Social’s mission of fostering a community of like-minded, career-driven individuals who appreciate luxury and exclusivity. We consider the applicant's potential for active participation in events and community activities.

ACCEPTANCE AND DECLINE​
​
After the vetting process is complete, applicants will be notified of their acceptance or decline. By paying for an assessment, you agree to our membership fees. Assessment is non-refundable. Accepted members will receive further information on membership benefits and the next steps to integrate into the community.
ONGOING ENGAGEMENT​
​
Even after acceptance, we continually assess member engagement and conduct feedback surveys to ensure that the community remains vibrant and aligned with its core values.
MME Social's vetting process is designed to ensure that all members' contribute positively to the community, fostering an environment of trust, engagement, and exclusivity. By carefully selecting individuals who share similar values and aspirations, we create a network of high-profile professionals who can truly connect and collaborate.
Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals aged 26 and above. Applicants must demonstrate alignment with MME Social’s values: ambition, integrity, authenticity, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
Membership is granted at the sole discretion of the MME Social Membership Committee.
MME Social reserves the right to review and amend membership tiers at any time.
APPLICATION AND APPROVAL

Applications must be submitted through our official membership portal.
All applications are reviewed within 21 business days.
Shortlisted applicants may be invited for an informal interview or virtual meeting.
Approved members will receive a welcome package and digital membership credentials.
MEMBERSHIP FEES
​
Fees are billed annually.
All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
MME Social reserves the right to increase membership fees with 30 days’ notice.
CONDUCT
​
To maintain a respectful, inclusive, and empowering environment:
Members must conduct themselves with professionalism and respect at all times.
Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate review and potential expulsion.
Confidentiality of fellow members and private event details must be strictly maintained.
Members are expected to uphold the reputation and values of MME Social at all times. Any conduct, whether in person, in writing, or online, that is likely to bring the Club into disrepute, including the spreading of disparaging or negative remarks about the Club, its Members, or its activities to guests, other Members, or the public will be treated as a serious breach of these terms.
Where such conduct is identified, the Club reserves the right to take appropriate action, which may include:

- A formal written warning;

Suspension of membership privileges for a period determined by the Committee; or

Immediate termination of membership without refund of fees paid.

The decision of the Committee in such matters shall be final.

Guest Policy
Members may invite guests to selected events, subject to space and approval.
Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct and adherence to club standards. Repeated violations by guests may impact the member’s standing.
​Guest Privilege Policy

At MME Social, guest access is a considered privilege extended to eligible members as part of our commitment to growing a trusted, intentional and high-calibre network.Our guest policy has been designed to preserve the integrity of the club, protect the quality of our rooms, and ensure every introduction into the MME Social circle is thoughtful, aligned and appropriate.
Guest Access

Eligible members may invite suitable guests from their personal or professional network to selected MME Social experiences, subject to approval, availability and the nature of the event.
Guest access is not guaranteed and may vary depending on the experience, venue capacity, membership tier and guest suitability.
All guests must be approved by MME Social prior to attending.

Purpose of Guest Privileges
​
The purpose of guest privileges is to allow members to introduce new, aligned individuals into the MME Social circle through trusted personal connections.
Guest invitations should support the thoughtful growth of our community and enhance the quality, diversity and calibre of the room.

External Network Requirement
​
Guest invitations must be extended to individuals from the member’s own external personal or professional network.
Members are not permitted to use their guest privilege to invite individuals they have met through MME Social, including through:

MME Social events, member gatherings, curated introductions, private dinners, networking experiences, WhatsApp groups, partner experiences, online member spaces, or any other MME Social-related setting.
Individuals already connected to the MME Social network may be invited to apply for membership or attend through the appropriate booking route where available.

Member Responsibility
​
Members are responsible for the conduct, etiquette and behaviour of their guests at all times.
Guests are expected to uphold the standards of MME Social, including discretion, respect, kindness, good manners, and appropriate conduct within private and social settings.
MME Social reserves the right to refuse guest access, revoke guest privileges, or decline future attendance where a guest or member does not align with the values, standards or etiquette of the club.
Guest Attendance

Guests may be required to provide basic details prior to attendance for approval and event management purposes.
Depending on the event, guests may be asked to complete a guest registration form, purchase a guest ticket, or confirm attendance directly with the MME Social team.
Guest attendance does not constitute membership and does not guarantee future access to MME Social experiences.

Membership Pathway
​
Guests who align with the ethos of the club may be invited to apply for membership.
Membership is subject to review, approval and availability. Attendance as a guest does not guarantee acceptance into the club.

Final Discretion
​
MME Social retains full discretion over all guest approvals, guest allocations and guest access to experiences.
This policy exists to ensure that guest privileges remain intentional, fair and aligned with the private nature of the club.
Event Attendance
RSVP is mandatory for all events; no walk-ins permitted unless explicitly invited.
No-shows may incur a penalty fee or impact future event access.
Attendance may be restricted for over-subscribed events to ensure fairness across membership.
Confidentiality & Privacy
All conversations, activities, and shared information within MME Social spaces—physical and digital—are considered confidential.
Unauthorised recording, photography, or sharing of content is strictly prohibited.
MME Social operates in compliance with GDPR and data protection laws.
Termination & Suspension
Membership may be suspended or terminated at MME Social’s discretion for:
Breach of conduct policies
Misrepresentation during the application process
Non-payment or chargeback of membership fees
Actions deemed damaging to the club’s reputation or members
No refunds will be issued in the event of termination due to policy breach.
Branding & Intellectual Property
MME Social name, logo, and related content are proprietary and may not be used without prior written consent.
Members may not publicly represent MME Social without authorisation.
Amendments
MME Social reserves the right to amend this Membership Policy at any time. Members will be notified of significant updates via email and/or the member portal.

Accessing MME Social Experiences
MME Social is a private members club built around curated experiences, personal introductions and meaningful connection.
Our events are not listed publicly on our website. This is intentional.
We protect the privacy of our members, the quality of our guest lists and the integrity of each experience by sharing upcoming invitations directly through our private members portal.

Because of this, our events are not open for public browsing or general ticket purchase.
Access is reserved for approved members and, on selected occasions, invited guests.
