Membership Policy

MME Social is an exclusive members club dedicated to fostering authentic, empowering connections among ambitious individuals through curated events and exclusive experiences. To protect the integrity of our community and ensure a high-quality experience for all members, we have outlined the following Membership Policy.
1. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals aged 21 and above.
Applicants must demonstrate alignment with MME Social’s values: ambition, integrity, authenticity, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
Membership is granted at the sole discretion of the MME Social Membership Committee.
2. Membership Tiers
Premium: Access to networking events, digital community, priority booking, private dining and personal introductions.
Exclusive Member: Includes Social benefits plus VIP experiences, partner perks, and invitation-only experiences.
Standard: Access to curated experiences and special offers.
MME Social reserves the right to review and amend membership tiers at any time.
3. Application & Approval
Applications must be submitted through our official membership portal.
All applications are reviewed within 21 business days.
Shortlisted applicants may be invited for an informal interview or virtual meeting.
Approved members will receive a welcome package and digital membership credentials.
4. Membership Fees
Fees are billed annually or monthly depending on tier and chosen plan.
Al fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
MME Social reserves the right to increase membership fees with 30 days’ notice.
5. Conduct Expectations
To maintain a respectful, inclusive, and empowering environment:
Members must conduct themselves with professionalism and respect at all times.
Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate review and potential expulsion.
Confidentiality of fellow members and private event details must be strictly maintained.
6. Guest Policy
Members may invite guests to selected events, subject to space and approval.
Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct and adherence to club standards.
Repeated violations by guests may impact the member’s standing.
7. Event Attendance
RSVP is mandatory for all events; no walk-ins permitted unless explicitly invited.
No-shows may incur a penalty fee or impact future event access.
Attendance may be restricted for over-subscribed events to ensure fairness across membership.
8. Confidentiality & Privacy
All conversations, activities, and shared information within MME Social spaces—physical and digital—are considered confidential.
Unauthorised recording, photography, or sharing of content is strictly prohibited.
MME Social operates in compliance with GDPR and data protection laws.
9. Termination & Suspension
Membership may be suspended or terminated at MME Social’s discretion for:
Breach of conduct policies
Misrepresentation during the application process
Non-payment or chargeback of membership fees
Actions deemed damaging to the club’s reputation or members
No refunds will be issued in the event of termination due to policy breach.
10. Branding & Intellectual Property
MME Social name, logo, and related content are proprietary and may not be used without prior written consent.
Members may not publicly represent MME Social without authorisation.
11. Amendments
MME Social reserves the right to amend this Membership Policy at any time. Members will be notified of significant updates via email and/or the member portal.
12. Legal Disclaimer
Membership does not constitute ownership or equity in MME Social Ltd. or its affiliates. All benefits are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
